Asset Journal

Yard Spot supports of all yard activity by visiting the Asset Journal.

Unlike the inventory in the Map and Inventory views, this is a running ledger of all asset changes. This data is helpful when accounting for repositions or for managing gated facilities to known when an asset entered/exited the inventory.

Reporting​

In addition to viewing the most recent activity, you have the option to download a report of the journal for the time periods:

  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last Week
  • Last Two Weeks
