Work Queue
Think of this as your job board. This view serves a few purposes:
- Dispatch and Patron users can see all work upcoming and in progress by priority
- Shuttle users see their assigned work

Like the Workflow view, the Work Queue is dynamic. New tickets are added to to the listing and ordered by priority.
From this view, users can view the details of the work ticket, indicate it is In Progress or Problem. Completing the ticket and providing any ticket closing details removes the ticket from view.
tip
If you are accessing Yard Spot on a mobile device, you can set the destination location of an asset using GPS when completing a ticket.
This will update the location of the asset across the entire Yard Spot application.
