Workflow
Think of this as your dispatch board. In this view you have visiblity on all of the work tickets, current and upcoming.

Create a Ticket
Create a new work ticket for your assets. You can select to assign the ticket to any user who has been assigned the shuttle role.
Creating a ticket is limited to users who are designated as dispatch or patron.
You can customize the labels used on work tickets. The labels are visually represented on work tickets and the different work views to keep your operations organized.
Prioritize
Newly crated tickets will be placed in teh To Do column. You organize the tickets in the queue to set the priority of the ticket -- those tickets at the top of the queue are the highest priority. This priority is also represented in the Work Queue.
Monitor
Work tickets transition from To Do -> In Progress -> Done. If there are any issues with completing the ticket, it can move to the Problem state until it can be worked and/or completed.
The Workflow view is dynamic -- as tickets change states, the dashboard will automatically update. You will see the work being completed, as well as some details about the asset being worked.
